Blackboard (and other services accessed through blackboard e.g. Mediasite and Turnitin) will be unavailable between 09:00 and 13:00 on 30th March 2016 whilst IT services perform essential maintenance on the system. On Friday 18th March the TELED Team will be attending the Academic Registry Divisional away day. We will provide cover for tickets raised by email where we can but there will be no phone cover during the day.
Normal service will resume on Monday 21st March.
Some users may have experienced some problems with Turnitin and Turnitinuk at 05:45 and 07:45 PST. These are now resolved by the supplier and the system is back to normal.
Turnitin and TurnitinUK are experiencing an intermittent service disruption. They are working to resolve this and we will provide any updates as they are released.
