Tel-team unavailable over Easter (25th to 29th March 2016)

The Tel-team will be unavailable over the Easter break. Please send any queries to Tel-help@bristol.ac.uk and we will deal with them as soon as possible when we return on Wednesday 30th March.

Blackboard Essential Maintenance 30/03/2016

Blackboard (and other services accessed through blackboard e.g. Mediasite and Turnitin) will be unavailable between 09:00 and 13:00 on 30th March 2016 whilst IT services perform essential maintenance on the system.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Academic Registry divisional away day – Friday 18th March.

On Friday 18th March the TELED Team will be attending the Academic Registry Divisional away day. We will provide cover for tickets raised by email where we can but there will be no phone cover during the day.

Normal service will resume on Monday 21st March.

 

 

 

Turnitin and Turnitinuk – service disruption resolved. 16:00 11/03/2016

Some users may have experienced some problems with Turnitin and Turnitinuk at 05:45 and 07:45 PST. These are now resolved by the supplier and the system is back to normal.

Intermittent service disruption to Turnitin and TurnitinUK 11/03/2016

Turnitin and TurnitinUK are experiencing an intermittent service disruption. They are working to resolve this and we will provide any updates as they are released.
